HOUSTONIANS We’re expected to have freezing temps beginning tonight and lasting through the week! PLEASE prepare your home and winterize it NOW (wrap your pipes, adjust thermostat, etc).
Don’t forget your sprinkler system & pool pumps! You’ll want to make sure to insulate the “bell” at the top of the sprinkler system on the outside of your home. This is often forgotten and can blow. I know this from personal experience. 
Freezing temperatures can occur very quickly; therefore, leaving you little time to plan. DO IT NOW. Do it now and before the weekend and before supplies run low.If you are a Seller under contract, please remember, you must deliver the property in the same condition as when the buyer wrote the offer. This means if you have pipes burst, plants die, etc., you will most likely need to repair these to their original state.
