Jennifer Duncan

Born in California and raised across Louisiana and Indiana before planting her roots in Texas in 1992, Jennifer Duncan brings a lifetime of connection, resilience, and heart to everything she does. With over 25 years as a successful business owner, including launching her first salon at just 25, she has built her career on passion, creativity, and genuine connection. That experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for relationships, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional service: all qualities she carries into every real estate transaction. 

With strong ties to communities throughout Kingwood, The Woodlands, Spring, Cypress, Conroe, Willis, and Houston, Jennifer is passionate about helping people find their perfect place to call home. 

As a proud advocate for military veterans, particularly those navigating PTSD and soldier suicide, she leads with compassion and purpose. Growing up as a preacher’s daughter, she credits her faith and upbringing for instilling the values of empathy, integrity, and service that guide her daily life and business. 

When she’s not helping clients, Jennifer enjoys fishing (both inshore and offshore), exploring new destinations (Costa Rica is a favorite), and spending quality time with friends, family, and her two beloved pups, Zara and Bodhi.
