Coming from nothing is never easy. You have to work hard for everything you get in life. I worked three jobs while attending SFA just to be able to afford rent and food. It was tough, but I was determined to make it work. Thankfully, I was able to stick it out and graduate on time. Now, I’m back in Houston and doing better than ever. Things may not have been easy, but they were worth it in the end.
